For turntablist and portablists. Expertly paired and mounted on Ortofon's popular black SH-4 Headshell, the VNL is compatible with any standard DJ turntable and tonearm.
The quality of the SH-4 headshell is sturdy and rigid, with high quality tonearm terminal connections. One of the standout features of the VNL Premounted cartridge is its versatility. The universal mount fitting allows it to be used with a wide range of S-shaped tonearms, making it a great option for DJs who use multiple setups.

Features
The VNL cartridge boasts an array of features and enhancements. Equipped with a spherical stylus, the VNL cartridge excels in handling tough grooves, rendering it ideal for intensive use. Furthermore, its design minimizes record wear during scratching and back-cueing. The VNL cartridge ensures high tracking performance, catering to DVS and traditional vinyl setups. This performance is complemented by a harmonious balance between output strength and sound quality.

Compatibility
The VNL offers exceptional compatibility across various playback systems, guaranteeing stability within the groove even under the most challenging conditions. The cartridge body is meticulously designed to facilitate effortless mounting and alignment on various headshells. The VNL is available in two distinct product configurations: the VNL and VNL Premounted. The VNL Premounted is equipped with our renowned black SH-4 Headshell.

Rubber suspension
To align with the diverse demands of contemporary DJs, the VNL cartridge offers interchangeability with three distinct styli, each equipped with suspension types of varying feel and rigidity:

  • Stylus VNL I: Compliance, Dynamic Lateral 16 μm/m N - Flexible
  • Stylus VNL II: Compliance, Dynamic Lateral 15 μm/m N - Rigid
  • Stylus VNL III: Compliance, Dynamic Lateral 14 μm/m N - Firm

In stock orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Returns.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
